We all love our pet animals and it becomes very tough for us if we do not take them with us on our holiday vacation and leave them in their kennel alone and sad. Hence if you are looking for the holiday with your pets then there are some important things to take care of and should not be left behind.

Our lovable pets need a healthy environment where they are treated easily and efficiently by the hotels and accommodations where you are living. Hence it becomes important to do a proper research while going on a holiday. 

1. The proper research of that particular region helps us to know the climatic conditions so that we can be extra cautious while traveling with our pets. Thus it is very important for the suited area or location to choose in order to prevent the dangers. Hotels in the countryside region are pet friendly as they allow you to carry your pets and even you all can walk and play with them in the grassy areas. You all can also take the help of doggy day camps which will make you feel relax of the tension blowing your mind regarding the daily routine of care of your pets during your vacation.
   
2. While booking the tickets of the airlines, better check the provided hand luggage, cargo and carrier or cabins where you all can safely keep your pets with you. And nowadays PETS passport scheme has made it very easy for the passengers as it covers all the formal procedures related with your dogs and cats and keeps them safe from getting lost.
   
3. Keep lots of food and water for your pets and along with that keep the medicines for the pets' safety. Make them comfortable in the spacious transparent cages and try to be friendly with them and do not ignore them. Apart from that keep the license and certificates issued by the veterinarians. Keep few warm clothes to keep them warm in your winter holidays. 
   
4. If you are traveling by car then better you all hire the pet carrier or crate, take with yourself your pets' bowls, straps, leash, bed, toys or artificial bones, plastic bag, ID tags etc.
   
5. Special care should be taken while winter holidays by keeping bones away from them as they can choke their throats, keep them away from the poisonous Christmas tree, Mistletoe, poinsettias shrubs and trees. Do not give them food made up of chocolate or alcoholic beverages as they are poisonous.
   
6. Do not keep your pets outside but prevent them from extra cold. Place them in heated rooms or basement.
